To optimize propulsion efficiency to its fullest potential, meticulous assembly of both the propeller and its cap is imperative. We consistently strive to provide our customers with a comprehensive service, encompassing not only the manufacturing of propellers and logistical aspects but also dedicated assembly support.

Propeller and cap assembly sequence

  • Defining, testing and ensuring the use of adequate tools
  • Ensuring the availability of all required accessories according to the parts list
  • Deferming assembly parameters and defining push-up length
  • Preparation for assembly including shaft measurement and positioning
  • Checking the hub bore for damage and preparing the shaft cone through cleaning
  • Supervising interference fit assembly
  • Monitoring pressure curves in the hydraulic circuits during mounting
  • Evaluating assembly and documenting the process
